How are your drawers constructed?

Our cabinetry features four-sided drawer boxes from 5/8th thick hardwood, a fully captured 3/8th thick plywood bottom, and dovetail joints.
How is the interior of the cabinet finished?

The interior is finished the same as the exterior of the cabinet
Are your products CARB2 certified?

Yes, all Faircrest products are 100% in compliance with CARB Phase 1 & CARB Phase 2 defined guidelines of composite wood products.
Are these cabinets strong enough to support a granite top?

Our “all wood” construction for all of our cabinets insures the strength required to support granite, concrete or any other countertop material that you may select. No additional cabinet reinforcement is required.
Do your cabinets have ``soft close`` doors?

A soft close door/drawer feature is standard on all cabinet styles except for the Espresso line.
Do I need a finished panel for the exposed cabinet ends?

No, all of our cabinets come with finished exteriors.
How much weight can your drawers hold?

120 lbs

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover), Wire Transfer, Paypal and you also maybe eligible for credit terms.
How can I check on the status of my orders?

You can view the progress of your orders by logging onto your account and selecting the “My Account” page. The order status will be displayed there as well as tracking info for all fulfilled orders.
Do you offer credit terms?

We do offer credit terms to our customers. Submit your application to become a dealer and a sales rep will contact you to setup terms.
What is your return policy?

We do accept returns in certain circumstances. Please see the “Returns and Replacements” section of our Terms & Conditions page for details.

How do you ship your cabinetry?

Most orders will be shipped on a pallet via LTL (Less Than Truck Load) carrier. Some small items may ship by various other providers you can select if the option is available at check out.
How long will it take to receive my cabinets?

Flat pack orders are processed and shipped out of our facilities within 10-14 days full business days.
What if my delivery includes damaged cabinets?

Please notate any damages with the freight company on the delivery receipt, when accepting the delivery, and take photos of the damaged items. Most importantly, do not refuse the shipment. Submit a claim online with the photos of the damages or send them immediately to support@clarkandsoninc.com.Faircrest will review and replace damaged pieces in a timely manner.
